I like this app, but the sales vs last year filter doesn’t show up for half of my stores at a time. There’s no rhyme or reason for what’s causing the issue, but every day 1-3 of my 7 stores don’t show real time sales vs last year. There is no yellow LY sales line when clicking “Last Year”.
Y’all should update the app, it doesn’t fit well with newer phone especially from IPHONE 14,15 and 16
Hasn’t been updated by Oracle in more than 3 yrs. Has issues capturing current data for my stores on a regular basis. Take ownership Oracle. Fix the problems
They need to fix this app. This app is always down and never works.
I would love the app if it worked better, maybe because there hasn’t been an update in over a year . Would like to see voids , canceled tickets .

I use the app all of the time. Great tool. Unfortunately it goes down too often. Right now no info updated for the last 4 days. Not ideal at all, especially from such a company as Oracle. Should show more up to the minute info as well. Sales figures are always an hour behind.

App does not work any more after upgrading to iOS 15. When it did prior to 15, it was not in real-time. The app looks like it’s from the iPhone 6 era
I can’t log into my micros account on the app only. It won’t let me only on the app. I can log in perfectly fine on the website
This app is a disgrace to Oracle regarding uptime. It kicks you out often as well. Currently down since Saturday. 4 days!
Even when the app works - it is never current... data always lags...
Hey Oracle, in case you didn’t know phone screen sizes are a lot bigger now. It would be nice to see some effort put into the user interface.
Everything from their new Simphony Product - to terrible support - to their barely functioning app. All the way around bad , bad , bad product and poor client service
This app is great when it works. However too often it doesn’t properly update with current numbers which can be frustrating.
It keeps telling me invalid organization name and then after a while it says request time out. Fix the problem and I’ll change my rating. Micros always some sort of issue going on.
Last update was over a year ago. Not to mention that the app crashes without any reason. It’s a shame because it’s a great tool that could be perfected with these minor technical issues!
This app is nearly useless. When is the last time the interface was updated? As someone else said, it hasn’t been updated for screens since the iPhone 6, never mind iPhones X and beyond! Also, as previously mentioned, this app often lags way behind real time. Who wrote this app, blind kindergarteners?
When the app works it’s fantastic however lately it will stop reporting and be hours behind. This is frustrating when you are trying to run a restaurant and need constant vision on the numbers.
Frequently crashes and I have to reinstall. Not great for a multi unit situation when your regional wants live answers and you have to wait to download an app to find out quick labor or sales info

Hi i have been using this app since long and all off sudden it locked me out and when i am trying to login with same credentials it keeps on saying try to browse through web page or keep on checking your username and password, but when i try to login through my desktop witg same credentials it works fine. So do mot know whats going on?

I hate this app, I decided to delete the app and re download because it wasn’t loading any of my numbers. Now as I try to log in, it says my credentials are invalid. Throw the entire company in the trash!
The app worked fine on my iPhone 8, but now that I’ve upgraded to the iPhone XS, the app won’t allow me to log in. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it doesn’t work no matter what I do.
Worked fine on X then upgraded to XS Max and suddenly it has a data format error. Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense but I cannot get it to do anything now
This app hasn’t worked properly in over a month. Prior to that, there has been consistent issues with it. It’s unfortunate that we can’t check on sales, employee performance, labor etc in the event we are out of town 👎👎👎
“The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” Error message, have tried all I can, and not able to even log into the app.

The free download that is available with the paid subscription is a huge differentiator. The ability to see labor cost in real-time, monitor OT, drill down into checks to the line level detail and email receipts directly to customers is invaluable. I know that any problems with real-time posting and app refresh has long since been resolved. If you are in a weak wi-fi or cellular signal area the app won’t refresh as it is designed. The loss prevention alerts allows for real-time decision making and instant awareness to any potential thievery. This is a must have when managing multiple locations. You can even drill down into the individual revenue centers to micro manage the restaurants. Overall benefits are realized instantaneously.
Being able to pull up checks and send then by email from my mobile device is very cool
Keeps telling me app version is no longer supported yet there is no update or new version... also other reviews are correct in saying that the app is always at least 2 hours behind. Micros is garbage.
Worst app in the history of apps! Pay them hundreds of dollars per year just so I can see what my business did yesterday. By "real time" they mean 30 hours behind what is happening.
Always down or inaccurate. Don't waste your money on Micros.
Mymicros is never showing real time. For us is like 8 hours behind. Never accurate. Customer service horrible. It's like an app that was design for first iPhone
This app still not working
On legal page after downloading the app I've been trying to get to the login page and it goes away for a second then keeps coming back. Can't use this app at all!!!
The just doesn't work very well.
When I first downloaded this app I thought "this is great I can keep track of sales when I'm not in the building without texting the MOD all day." Not so much the case. The app has been down for several days at a time. It inhibits the MOD from doing their nightly reports which let everyone who's not in the building know the weekly and yearly percentages. What a disappointment. This app could be so much better. Come on micros! Get it right! Update what you need to so we can do our jobs correctly!
What good is an app if you enter all your credentials and it does nothing. Then you open a support ticket and micros says they can't help you Hummmmmm
And when it's not down, and what it hasn't crashed, and when it's actually functioning properly.
What did you expect? Will you guys do us a favor and either hire someone that has worked in the service industry or someone that works at Dinerware? The $3,000 upgrade that gave us the option to, pick up a check that has been paid and "hide it" is an insult. When I told our rep that Dinerware gave the option(2012) to push ONE button that hides every check that has a credit card authorization, she was BLOWN AWAY! That was a couple of years ago. You people have no idea. Even though I didn't pay for the "upgrade" it made me physically ill. Are you guys really seven years behind Dinerware? I'm just a bar manager and you really do have some great features on my end. I'm planning on opening my own bar sometime next year. From what I have seen you would have to pay me to use Micros. Thank you for nothing.

Although I agree there wasn't anything ground breaking in this update, I don't understand the animosity of my fellow reviewers. I personally find this app invaluable to my business. It's fast, reliable, and provides a great overall view of the metrics crucial to my daily operations.
